On December 23, 2016 at approximately 6:32pm Hooksett Police Officer’s stopped a vehicle traveling south on Hooksett Road for a lane violation. When officer’s made contact they identified the operator as:
Donald Richman, 70
Who they found had a suspended license which had been suspended on 6/11/85 for DWI. After it was determined that Richman would be placed under arrest for this he was also found to be in possession of controlled drugs. Richman was charged with operating after suspension, possession of controlled drugs, transportation of controlled drugs and a lane control violation. He was released on personal recognizance bail and was given a court date of 2/3/17.
