On March 18th, 2016 at approximately 12:38am, Officer Carpentier was patrolling the Firebird Motel and observed a male and a female in the parking lot which he had contact with on his prior shift. Officer Carpentier identified the male as:

Manchester, NH
Officer Carpentier arrested Bartlett less than 24 hours prior at the Firebird Motel on a 12-hour domestic violence charge stemming from a domestic assault that occurred in Pembroke, NH. Bartlett was bailed and released on that charge from the Pembroke Police Department on March 17th, 2016 at 4:03am. Bartlett was ordered to not have any contact with the female victim through a criminal bail order of protection. The female that Bartlett was with on this date was the protected party in the criminal bail order of protection. Bartlett was arrested without incident and charged with stalking. Bartlett was transported to the Hooksett Police Department where he was booked and processed. Bartlett refused the services of a bail commissioner and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections where he will be held until his arraignment later this morning.
