On December 29, 2015 at approximately 7:00 P.M. Hooksett Police were dispatched to the Firebird Motel for a report of a Domestic Assault. When they arrived they were told that:
Brandon Griffin
had assaulted his girlfriend. When Police tried to make contact with Griffin at his room he refused to open the door. While speaking to the reporting party it was mentioned that Griffin could possibly be armed with a firearm. Police tried to talk Griffin out of the room however he refused. After several hours Griffin was removed from the room unharmed with the assistance of the Manchester Swat team. Griffin was brought back to the Hooksett Police Department where he was charged with Resisting Arrest and Domestic Assault. Griffin’s bail was set at $15,000.00 cash. He was unable to obtain these funds and was transported to the county jail.
