On August 27th, 2016 at 12:22 am, Officer Byers stopped a motor vehicle on Mammoth Rd. for an equipment violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as:

While speaking with Freeman it became apparent that he was under the influence of alcohol. Freeman was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety tests which he agreed to and was subsequently placed under arrest. At the Hooksett Police Department, Freeman agreed to a breath test and the results showed that his breath alcohol content was 0.15. Freeman was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail. Freeman is scheduled to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett on September 13th, 2016.
