Records

Important Information for Requesting a Report:

The Records Division serves to provide access to Hooksett Police Department generated records and to ensure that these records are maintained and dispersed appropriately according to Department policy and any applicable laws.

Report Requests can be made in person, by phone or email. Alternatively, requests can be mailed in with a photocopy of requestor’s valid picture ID and payment. A valid picture ID must be provided at time of pickup or, if you wish to receive by email, at time of request.

Cash or check are the only accepted methods of payment and are due at the time when picked up (or at time of request if made by mail). Fees for these requests can be found listed on the Report Request Form.

If you were involved in an accident and need a copy of the report, be sure to provide your insurance company with the accident report number that was provided to you at the accident scene by the Officer. Your insurance company will request the report on your behalf. If you wish to have your own copy, then you can request it as described above. Please know that only persons who are involved in the accident can request reports. Accident reports will not be sent via e-mail.
