On September 11, 2016 at 2:59 pm, Hooksett Police and Fire Rescue responded to Main St. between Riverside Dr. and West River Rd. to investigate a motor vehicle crash involving a car and a pedestrian. One patient was MedFlighted to a Boston hospital with serious injuries. At this time, it does not appear that speed or alcohol were a factor. The accident is still under investigation.
Due to the volume of emergency service vehicles and the investigation on scene, Main St. was shut down until 5:57 pm. when the road was reopened.
