On July 3rd, 2016 at approximately 1:00AM Hooksett Police Officers observed a vehicle traveling in excess of 80mph south on Hooksett Road. Police were able to stop the vehicle on I-93 North just after the on-ramp of exit 9. Police identified the operator as:
Brian Dean, 28
who showed signs of impairment. After running Dean through field sobriety tests it was determined that he was intoxicated. Dean was arrested for Aggravated DWI due to traveling in excess of 30mph over the speed limit. Once back at the Police Department Dean took further tests which revealed his BAC to be .17. Dean was bailed on personal recognizance and released to a sober party.
