On June 24, 2016 at approximately 0419, Officers responded to the area of Kerri Lane for a reported male that had just pushed and threatened his girlfriend then fled the home. Officers were told by the victim that the suspect was:
Larry Davenport, 41
and that they had been in an argument and at some point Davenport leaned onto the victim with his forearm on her neck and told her he was going to make her “permanently shut up”. Davenport was found walking on Hooksett Road and was taken into custody. Due to the victim reporting a shortness of breath after being choked Davenport was charged with second degree assault and criminal threatening. He was released on personal recognizance bail.
