The Hooksett Police Department was informed today that a local business received a call from someone stating to be from the Town Clerk’s office. The caller claimed to be selling advertising in a business directory that the Town of Hooksett was supposedly publishing. The Town of Hooksett is not selling any advertising and it appears that there might be a local scam occurring. If you receive any similar calls please notify the Hooksett Police Department at 624-1560.
