On September 23rd, 2015 at 2:22AM, Officer Buker checked on a motor vehicle behind a closed business on Hooksett Rd. The vehicle was running and the operator of the vehicle was identified as:

While speaking with Sanborn, Officer Buker could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Sanborn. Sanborn agreed to field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. At the Hooksett Police Department, Sanborn agreed to a breath test and the results showed that his breath alcohol content was 0.13. Sanborn was released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett on October 5th, 2015.
