On June 4, 2016 Officers from the Hooksett Police Department responded to a single family residence on South Bow Road for a 911 hang up call. When Officers arrived they determined a domestic assault had just occurred between Catherine Flower, 34 of Manchester, NH and her longtime boyfriend. The investigation revealed that Flower scratched her boyfriend during an argument over a receipt. Flower was arrested and charged with domestic violence related simple assault and simple assault. Flower was released on personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Hooksett, NH on June 6, 2016.
